Shireen Hart is a shareholder and director of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC. Shireen has more than 19 years’ experience providing regular counsel to hospitals, long-term care facilities, community mental health agencies, pharmacies, laboratories, individual providers, and healthcare-related vendors on a broad range of federal and state compliance matters. She frequently appears before state professional licensing boards in representing individual providers who are the subject of a licensing investigation. Shireen has also served as the court-appointed Patient Care Ombudsman in bankruptcy cases.
