Julie Tracy (she/her) holds master's degrees in kinesiology and social work from the University of New Hampshire. She earned her bachelor of arts at Boston College in theology, sociology, and women's studies, and prior to her Social Work career, worked as a chaplain in non-profit and faith-based organizations.
Julie's work incorporates a relational, strength-based, collaborative, co-creative approach to offer opportunities for individualized and group growth. She uses experiential, somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed practices that incorporate her training in behavioral therapies, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Adventure Therapy. Some of her professional interests include anxiety and depression, co-occurring needs, grief, end of life care, spiritual counseling, LGBTQ+ support, and psychedelic medication integration.
