Matt Dove is a dual-certified nurse practitioner in family medicine (FNP-C) and psychiatric mental health (PMHNP-BC). He completed his advanced graduate training at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing,  Chamberlain University, and Maryville University.

Since 2014, Matt has worked with folks experiencing psychiatric care needs throughout the care continuum including, outpatient, inpatient, assertive community treatment, and substance-use treatment settings.  He has served on the Vermont Department of Mental Health 2019 Advisory Council as well as serving as a Trauma Responsive Care (TRC) consultant and team member of the Vermont Program for Quality in Health Care (VPQHC) in support of Emergency Departments statewide.  From 2018 to 2023, Matt was a psychiatric provider and consultant to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.  In 2023, Matt became the medical director of Healthworks, an Assertive Community Treatment service embedded with Groundworks Collaborative, focusing on medical, psychiatric, and substance-use treatment needs.  He is currently an inpatient attending clinician at the Brattleboro Retreat.
