Dr. Maheu, the pioneering telebehavioral health trainer, publisher, consultant, author, and keynoter, has connected with over 6.5 million professionals in the past year alone. Her wealth of experience uniquely positions her to guide professionals at all levels through even the most complex questions. She oversees the monthly publication of 57 telehealth newsletters and personally writes 12-15 new telehealth news-related blog posts monthly, adding to her company's 1,350 telehealth blogs. Inspired by many mentors, she has also written five peer-reviewed telehealth textbooks, and more than 60 telehealth-related book chapters and journal articles.
● Dr. Maheu is the Founder, President, and CEO of the Coalition for Technology in Behavioral Science (CTiBS).
● She was the Committee Chair and lead author of the first published set of Telebehavioral Health set of competencies, published in 2017.
● She is the founder of the interprofessional, international journal advocating for the responsible use of technology in behavioral health, the Journal for Technology in Behavioral Science.
● She's the former executive director of Telehealth.org (TBHI), which offers more than 80 hours of specialized telehealth training and a postgraduate CE Professional Certificate Training Program focused exclusively on telebehavioral health. Her training has served more than 88,000 professionals from 109 countries.
