We can offer a refund of your registration fee for live webinars, less a $25 cancellation fee, if you request that refund at least three (3) days prior to the date of the webinar. For instance, if a webinar is on a Friday, you must request any refund by Tuesday of the same week.
After the live webinar has started, we are unable to provide a refund of a registration fee.
If a live webinar is canceled by VPA, we will of course provide a full refund to all registered participants who have paid the registration fee.
Pre-Recorded Homestudy Courses
We do not offer refunds for pre-recorded homestudy courses. Once you have purchased a course, you may take the course at any time.
