Eliana Pasternak, Ph.D.

Dr. Eliana Pasternak is a staff neuropsychologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and an Instructor at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Pasternak earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology with specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology from Yeshiva University.  She completed her clinical neuropsychology internship and fellowship at the University of Florida, with a specialty focus in the neuropsychology of aging and neurodegenerative disease.  Dr. Pasternak is passionate about early detection and compression of morbidity in neurodegenerative disease.  As a faculty neuropsychologist at MGH with specialty in geriatrics, her model of practice emphasizes clinical efficiency, precision medicine, patient-centered care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.  As a collaborating researcher, her research focuses on factors that influence clinical trajectory in dementia syndromes. And as an educator, she is closely involved in the neuropsychology training program at MGH where she serves on the fellowship admissions committee, and regularly presents at regional and national conferences in the field.
